By Dr. Jason M. Chrisman SCMH CEO
Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable. Every step toward the goals requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle; the tireless exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals.11-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
I have been at Sullivan County Memorial Hospital for several months now and am impressed by the compassion of our healthcare workforce and their dedication to taking care of our community, in the face of a continuing pandemic. Every single person, from our doctors to our nurses to our lab and radiology staff to our admissions and office staff are involved in a service that is greater than self. That is what being a healthcare professional is about: self-sacrifice.
With that being said, I want to say a big Thank You to each and every one of our staff! I also wanted to provide an update on some of the projects we have been working on and recently completed.
