Health Department Alert to Watch for Symptoms
MILAN, MO – September 27, 2021 – As part of an ongoing COVID-19 contact investigation, the Sullivan County Health Department would like to advise any individual who attended the Milan United Methodist Church-120 W 1st St-Milan- Milan, MO on Sunday – September 26, 2021 to monitor for symptoms related to a possible covid-19 exposure.
THIS NOTICE IS ONLY FOR YOU TO BE INFORMED OF THE CURRENT SITUATION- THIS IS NOT A QUARANTINE NOTICE!
If you attended this event and feel you have been exposed, please call the Sullivan County Health Department at (660) 265-4141 to discuss risk assessment and so we may assist you with proper protocol for extended measures. This event took place at the Milan United Methodist Church-120 W I st St- located in Milan, MO.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
-Fever
-Cough
-Shortness of breath
-Chill
-Fatigue
-Diarrhea
-Nausea or Vomiting
-New loss of taste or smell
-Congestion or Runny Nose
-Sore Throat
-Headache
-Muscle or Body Aches
If you exhibit these symptoms, contact your health care provider to seek testing and remain at home-away from others, while awaiting your results.
