Sullivan County Health Department is pleased and excited with the progress of our Expansion/Renovation Project, despite the rain we have had in the last couple of months. As of this week the 1200 sq. ft. addition is almost completely enclosed, other than windows, doors, and shingles. We have a few dry days in the forecast, so we are hopeful that a roof can be completed before the next rain. Renovations in our existing building are in progress with more to come, as their primary focus now is to get the expansion enclosed. Goldberg Architects Group, PSR, and Sullivan County Health Department hold monthly construction meetings regarding progress and material selections (when needed). The new parking lot progress has been delayed due to rain and will begin as soon as the existing ground dries out.
