Class 1 District 12 Champions

Grundy R-V with Newtown-Harris Panthers defeated the Meadville Lady Eagles on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Meadville for the girls Class 1 District 12 Championship by a score of 44-39. This was the Panthers first girls district championship in 26 years, with the victory they moved on to play the North Shelby Raiders in the sectional game on March 2nd in Marceline. They were defeated that game by a score of 42-31.
