A Special Public Hearing was called to order on Sunday, March 17, 2024 in the City Hall at Green City, Missouri
The purpose of the meeting was to provide the City of Green City and Mr. David Fields a fair and equitable process to present all relevant evidence so the board, sitting as the trier of fact, could make an informed and reasoned decision regarding the Articles of Impeachment presented by Special Prosecutor Jane Dunn on February 29th, 2024.
A Special Meeting was held following and Alison Ayers was appointed unanimously to fill the position of Mayor.
