Public hearing on hospital annexation set; sidewalk work may begin in December The Milan Board of Aldermen met Nov. 17, 2025, at 6 p.m. at City Hall. Present were Mayor Andy Herington; Aldermen Darin Tucker, Randy McCollum, Rebecca Bennett, Richard Head and Lesa Smith; City Clerk Lisa Sharp; and City Administrator Crystal Bupp. Alderman Ed Reger was absent. The Milan Chamber Main Street presents their Christmas Kickoff on the square in Milan on Saturday, December 6, 2025. At 5:30 the Mayor will light the Christmas tree followed by registration for the adult drawing . At 5:45 the winners of the decorating contest will be announced.
