JANET MAE BACHMAN

Janet Mae Bachman, 59 years old, of Browning, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Sullivan County Memorial Hospital in Milan.

Janet was born January 2, 1963 in Milan to Bobby and Thelma (Chapman) Bachman, they precede her in death. She was also preceded by two brothers, Bobby Dean Bachman and Marty Joe Bachman.

Janet is survived by her brothers and sister, Mike Bachman of Centerville, Iowa, Julie Lantz and husband John of Browning, Raymond Bachman of Green Castle, Lonnie Bachman of Centerville, Iowa, Cary Bachman of Green City; her nieces and nephews, Amy (Billy) Ebarb, Chad Hill, April (Cory)Carter, Misti Bachman, Branson (Maranda) Bachman, Baily Bachman, Nathan (Rachel) Frazier; great nieces and nephews, Taylor (Katherine) Musselman, Lexas Ebarb, Makenzie Hill, Brooklyn DeVore, Kolbie Frazier, Shalie Carter, Bobby Carter, Gabe Carter, Della Carter, Jackson Hendricks and Landon Hendricks.

She was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County, graduating from Green City High School in 1982. She was a member of the Yellow Creek Baptist Church and member of Awana at the Green City Baptist Church. She liked to do puzzles, word searches, and play cards. She also enjoyed watching the Dukes of Hazzard, doing yard work, and going on walks.

Janet was cremated and a visitation was held Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Green City. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
