JOSEPH ERNEST HODGE

 Joseph Ernest Hodge, 75, of Milan, Missouri passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024. 

Joe was born on September 20, 1949 in Milan to William Sig and Josephine (Tokars) Hodge. 

He was survived by: a sister, Shirley Poage (Don) of Cole Camp, Missouri; several nieces and nephews and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by: his parents; a daughter, Stacy Hodge; and a brother, William “Bill” Hodge. 

Joe grew up in Milan, attending Milan C-II School. He was always learning, educating himself about various subjects and was a deep thinker. Joe enjoyed hunting and fishing, visiting with his friends, and drinking coffee at Richardson’s with everyone. He loved spending time with Hondo, the dog. Joe believed in God and was very religious. 

Joe’s wishes were to be cremated with his ashes being spread at a later date
