ANEITA LOUISE CARMACK

Aneita Louise Carmack passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15th, 2025, at the Life Care Center of Brookfield, MO.

She was born on February 23rd, 1939, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Velma and Glen James.

She married the love of her life, Melvin James Carmack, on November 1st,1954, in Raton, New Mexico.

Aneita was a devoted housewife and parent to her three children. She spent her time as a member of her local churches and enjoyed hobbies such as sewing, embroidery, and crocheting. Aneita found great joy in sharing her faith, embodying the grace and devotion of a woman deeply rooted in her beliefs. She devoted many years to missionary work, Vacation Bible School, and volunteering in the church nursery. Her gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and deep compassion touched the lives of everyone she met, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will be profoundly missed.

Aneita is survived by her three beloved children, Kenneth (Deborah) Carmack, Karen (Mark) McNear, and Randy (Mary) Carmack. She also is survived by her grandchildren Amy and Heather Carmack, Levi (Tiffiny) McNear, Hannah (Brendon) Howdeshell, and Josh Carmack. She also is survived by several great grandchildren.

A private service to honor Aneita’s life will be held at a later date with close family.
