EARL KEITH HOSELTON
Earl Keith Hoselton, age 88, of Linneus, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at his home surrounded by family after a battle with cancer.
Earl Keith (Hos) was born the son of Edgar and Frances (Baker) Hoselton on September 13, 1932, in Browning.
He was a 1951 graduate of Liberty High School. Earl Keith served in the US Army from 1955 to 1957, part of the time in Korea. He was a member of the Browning Baptist Church. Keith worked various jobs at MFA in Browning including driving a truck and he was an over-the-road truck driver for Muck Trucking. Keith enjoyed camping with friends, trout fishing in Bennet Springs, gardening, playing Shafter pitch, watching the grandkids play sports and other activities, and watching country music shows on TV. He was always the chief meat cooker whether camping or at home.
Keith was united in marriage to Sandra Wade in 1964 to whom one child, Stacy Lynn Hoselton, was born.
On February 14, 1980, Keith married Helen Crookshanks. She preceded him in death on March 12, 1995.
On November 2, 2003, Keith married Judith Curley.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Hoselton, of the home; stepchildren, Douglas Curley and PJ, Cynthia Clark and Robert, Cathleen Casebolt, Cheri Williams, Teri Neal and Steve, Glenda Knebel and spouse Joseph; stepdaughter-in-law, Paula Crookshanks and spouse Scott Stockhecke; and sister-in-law, Connie and Harold Turner.
Keith is also survived by several step-grandchildren, Justin, Matthew, Joshua, Michael, Chandra, Robert, Johnnie, Marsha, Dustin, Halee, Katlyn, Whitney, Jackson, Austin, Jordan, Jeremy, and Kelsey; great-grandchildren, Elias, Brenden, Maggie, Reese, River, Riley, Caleb, and Joshua; and three nephews.
His parents; daughter, Stacy, wife, Helen; stepson, Kevin Crookshanks, step-son-in-law, Greg Williams; step-granddaughter, Madeline Crookshanks, and stepdaughter, Christina Reddin preceded him in death.
Visitation was held at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. then there was a drive through receiving line from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. A private burial will take place at a later date.
