JOURNEY MAIDEE KENDALL
Journey Maidee Kendall, 19 years old, of Meadville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs.
Journey was born July 13, 2001 in Chillicothe, Missouri to Bud and Ronae (Newcomer) Kendall, they survive her of Meadville.
Also surviving: a brother, Austin Kendall; a sister, Jaycee Robinson; grandparents, Cheryl and Mark Atha of New Boston, and Lissa and Jim Looby of Texas; great grandmother, Betty Cleeton of Green City; aunts and Uuipes of Milan, Bobbi and Dennis Weaver of Milan, Amanda Schreiner of Texas, Phyllis and Frank Hardy of St. Louis, Rick and Cathy Cleeton of Kansas, Dale and Cathy Cleeton of Moberly, Jackie and Loren Thompson of Brookfield, Brian and Debbie Atha of Ethel, Steve Atha of Ethel, and Kelly and Jim Techau of Ethel.
She was preceded in death by: her great grandfather, Melvin Cleeton and an aunt, Billie Newcomer.
Journey was a loving soul who had a genuine kindness for others. Her smile and laugh were contagious and she often shared it. She loved all little kids so much, she loved drawing, painting and crafts. Journey was always dancing and singing.
Funeral services for Journey will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, February 12, 2021 at Schoene-Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan. Burial will follow at the Owasco Cemetery, Southeast of Milan. Friends may come by the funeral home anytime Thursday afternoon with a scheduled visitation being held from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, Thursday evening.
