LLOYD DEAN (BUD) KENDALL

Lloyd Dean (Bud) Kendall, 43 years of age, of Meadville, Missouri, passed away suddenly on September 29th, 2021 at his home.

Bud was born in 1978 at Kansas City, Missouri to Lissa Looby. He was the youngest of two children. Bud graduated from Linn County R-1 School in 1996.

He is survived by his wife Ronae of the home. Also surviving is: a son, Austin (Madi) of Meadville and a daughter, Jaycee of Meadville, Missouri; his mother, Lissa (Jim) Looby of Early, Texas; sister, Amanda Schreiner of Dayton, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Cheryl Atha of New Boston, Missouri; brother-in-law and sister in law, Dennis and Bobbi Weaver of Milan, Missouri; Aunt and uncle, Frank and Phyllis Hardy of St. Louis, Missouri; nieces and nephews; Megan, Emily and Caleb Schreiner; Brandon, Adrianne, and Kaleb Weaver.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Journey Maidee Kendall; and grandparents, Phillip and Janet Grice.

Bud was a loving son, husband, and father. He was an avid outdoorsman, that loved hunting and fishing. Bud enjoyed motor cross and riding with friends, while also doing small engine repairs. He was loved and known by everyone. He selflessly served family, friends and complete strangers with his time, talent, generosity, sparkling eyes, and warm smile. There is nothing that Bud loved more than his wife Ronae and two children, Austin and Journey. A proud man with a big heart, he is missed and forever loved by us all.

A service for Bud was held Sunday, October 3, 2021, at Schoene- Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan with Rev. John Ruff officiating. Bud’s wishes were to be cremated following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
